Abstract

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) presents with idiopathic left ventricular hypertrophy and occasionally systolic dysfunction. In a human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocyte (hiPSC-CM) model of HCM, we previously reported the pathogenic
